This project involved converting a Premier Inn into a Fairfield by Marriott by Marriott in Goa. Ascentis managed the entire process, including guestrooms, public areas, and restaurant facilities, ensuring brand compliance and a smooth transition to Marriott’s global standards.

Ascentis supported Grenadier Global with advisory services for converting the Sankara Nairobi into an Autograph Collection property. Our scope included developing a Property Improvement Plan (PIP), preparing a detailed scope of works, and advising on construction strategies to meet Marriott’s luxury conversion standards.

Ascentis managed the renovation of this Four Points hotel in Vizag. The project encompassed 122 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, ballroom, kitchens, and external works. Our team ensured the property was upgraded efficiently while meeting the operator’s brand and technical standards.

A greenfield development with 5 floors planned, the Taj Gateway in Kolkata opened partially with 3 room floors instead of the 5 planned. Ascentis provided full-scope project management, including cost and procurement planning, and contract administration.

Ascentis is managing the development of Chapora River Residences in Morjim, Goa. The project comprises 10 luxury villas (G+2, 4–5 bedrooms each with private pools) and a clubhouse (1B+G+2), with a total built-up area of 93,000 sq ft. Our scope includes project, design, cost, and tender management to deliver an exclusive riverside retreat with modern amenities.
