Ascentis led project, design, cost, tender, and construction management for this large-scale luxury hotel in Delhi Aerocity. Spanning 90,000 m² of GFA with 6 F&B outlets, it is the largest Marriott hotel in India. The project was completed in 32 months, using drywall construction to speed up the build.

Opened in 1903, the Taj Mahal Palace is a renowned hotel in India, known for its architecture and history. After the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the Palace Wing was restored by Ascentis to reclaim its glory, involving over 1,000 individuals and 300,000 square feet.
40 storeys | Commercial | Dhaka, Bangladesh
Opened in 2026, Pinnacle became Dhaka’s second tallest tower. Bringing a wealth of construction innovation, Ascentis implemented aluminium system formwork for the first time in Bangladesh with Pinnacle cutting slab casting cycles from 30 days to 12 days.
