Ascentis managed this twin-branded greenfield hotel in Delhi Aerocity, coordinating complex design and procurement processes. The Pullman and Novotel properties were designed by DPA with interiors by Broadway Malyan, offering over 670 keys combined, and extensive MICE facilities.
This upscale Novotel hotel in Kolkata was delivered with complete project management by Ascentis. This property includes 340 rooms, multiple restaurants, a ballroom, and leisure amenities. The hotel was recognised as ‘Best Upper Mid-Scale Hotel of the Year’ at HIFI 2015.
Ascentis is managing the Hyatt Regency Puri, a 1.33-acre beachfront development on New Marine Drive. The property will offer 110 keys, including 2 executive suites and 14 junior suites, alongside an all-day dining restaurant and bar for 90 guests. A 300-pax banquet hall will further position the hotel as a premium leisure and events destination on India’s east coast.
This project involved converting a shell structure, originally designed for a shopping mall, into a full-service Taj Vivanta hotel. Ascentis managed all project phases, coordinating works by Hafeez Contractor and interior designer Tom Catallo. The final product is a 181-key upscale hotel tailored to Taj’s business-leisure brand standards.
Ascentis provided project, design, cost, tender, procurement, and construction management for this residential project in Hyderabad. It was a full-scope greenfield assignment for Ektha Prime Builders, positioning the property as a high-quality addition to the city’s growing real estate sector.
Ascentis is managing the development of Alila resort in Igatpuri, a premium greenfield development comprising of 18 villas with 102 keys. The remote hillside location, rocky terrain and monsoon climate make for challenging construction. The project began in August 2022 and is scheduled for completion in February 2026.
Ascentis is managing Ananta Terraces, a landmark mixed-use development on Madani Avenue, Dhaka, spanning 15 acres near United International University and Basundhara Housing Society. The phased project includes retail, residential towers, and a clubhouse, with 63% of the site dedicated to landscaped open spaces and a central waterbody with a musical fountain. Our role covers project, design, and cost management to ensure high-quality delivery.
A landmark project with 40 floors above ground and six basement levels, featuring a distinctive inclined façade that makes it one of the most complex architectural designs in Dhaka. It is the first in Bangladesh to fully integrate BIM (3D–7D) across every discipline for design, cost, and lifecycle management. Dhaka Tower is targeting Platinum LEED certification.
