In 2022, Ascentis was selected by Ceres Hotels to lead the project to convert their Leela-branded resort in Goa into a world-class St. Regis with only partial area shutdowns.

Ascentis provided engineering and project management services for the Radisson Blu in Douala, Cameroon. The assignment included project planning, design reviews, and cost advisory to support the delivery of a premium international hotel in Central Africa.

India’s first Fairfield by Marriott hotel, this brownfield project involved the fit-out of an existing shell atop a mall in Bangalore. Ascentis managed all project phases, coordinating with Arkiplan and HBA Studio to deliver the hotel under tight spatial constraints.

Ascentis provided full project management services for this five-star Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad. With architecture by Lohan Anderson and interiors by HBA Studio, the hotel features over 210 rooms, diverse dining options, a spa, and conference spaces, setting new benchmarks for hospitality in Gujarat

Ascentis provided project management support for the turnaround of a distressed property into a fully functioning Best Western hotel in Nairobi. Our team ensured the delivery of an upgraded, internationally branded asset ready to meet business and leisure demand.

Ascentis led construction management for this greenfield luxury hotel developed by Scopevista. The project included 46 suites, 26 service apartments, 2 restaurants, a bar, gym, and spa. Originally launched as The Aman New Delhi, it was later acquired by DLF and rebranded as The Lodhi.

Forum is Dhaka’s first twin towers, rising 24 floors as premium commercial office buildings. Ascentis came on board in an advisory role for acceleration, implementation, and fit-out after the structure was completed.

Ascentis oversaw the renovation of this iconic heritage property on Willingdon Island. The project enhanced guestrooms, public areas, and MEP systems while maintaining the charm of one of Cochin’s most historic and well-loved waterfront hotels.

Ascentis supported the renovation of the flagship Claridges hotel in Delhi with full project management services. The project scope included the renovation of 27 rooms in the Cabana Wing.

This project involved converting a Premier Inn into a Fairfield by Marriott by Marriott in Goa. Ascentis managed the entire process, including guestrooms, public areas, and restaurant facilities, ensuring brand compliance and a smooth transition to Marriott’s global standards.

Ascentis led the conversion of an existing property into a Renaissance hotel in Ahmedabad. Our scope included project, cost, and construction management to deliver upgraded guestrooms, restaurants, and public areas consistent with Marriott’s upscale brand requirements.
