Cinnamon Life: Engineering Efficiency into Sri Lanka’s Landmark Mixed-Use Project

John Keells Holdings appointed Ascentis for a “Design Uplift” on Cinnamon Life—a 4.5 million ft² development in Colombo. It features an 800-key hotel, residential towers, a commercial tower, shopping mall, and conference centre. Ascentis coordinated with consultants to deliver on a fast-track 15-month schedule, issuing nearly 6,000 new drawings.
