In 2011, Ascentis was appointed by SAMHI Hotels to deliver a complex dual-brand hospitality development in partnership with Marriott International. Located oin Bangalore’s Outer Ring Road corridor, India’s densest corporate zone, the project needed to meet tight capital expenditure targets while delivering premium guest experiences for two distinct hotel brands under one roof.
